The Forum highlighted that housing insecurity in Bulgaria continues to affect children’s rights, particularly in communities facing long‑standing structural barriers, and emphasised the need for stronger coordination across institutions. Participants agreed that practical, rights‑based solutions are achievable and called for legal, policy, and cross‑sectoral reforms to ensure that every child can grow up in a safe and secure home.
