5. What were the scope and the main points of discussion during the meeting?: 

On the November 1st, 2015 a group meeting with members of the Community Action Group in Parcul Tineretului was summoned to present the activities within the ROMACT programme and the existing opportunities for the accomplishment of the proposed activities for the improvement of the situation of the Roma in Parcul Tineretului area: ensuring sanitary utilities for better housing conditions in the two buildings of social houses (no.135 and 140 in Parcul Tineretului area); connecting the utilities of the building in Parcul Tineretului to existing public utilies.
8 representatives of the Community Action Group attended the meeting, men and women, with different education levels and who know the real situation of the Roma community, who had been invited to the registered office of the Roma Party Pro Europa Association in the Municipality of Botoșani.
During the meeting was established the structure of the group as well as the changes that had intervened since the previous meetings  within the ROMACT programme.

6. What were the main decisions /conclusions taken by the end of the meeting?: 

Each of the previously mentioned member was assigned specific tasks that aim at indentifying the high priority needs of the Roma families living the in the Parcul Tineretului (ensuring sanitary utilities for better housing conditions in the two buildings of social houses - no.135 and 140 in Parcul Tineretului area; connecting the utilities of the building in Parcul Tineretului to existing public utilies) area and communicating them to the local expert on Roma in Botoșani City Hall.
I presented the possibility to call the institutions that are subordinated to Botoșani Local Council so that the problems Roma face could be included in the Action Plan for Roma for 2016.

I proposed that during the meeting with the representatives of the City Hall programmed on the 28th of November 2015 the representatives from the Group should introduce concrete proposals for the improvement of Roma’s situation under specific intervention fields – housing, education, health and employment.
The group were extremely pleased with the opportunity to get involved in these actions and further collaborate with representatives of the local institutions – the local expert on Roma, health mediators and school mediator.
 

8. Since you started ROMACT process, are there any activities from the list of needs/priorities/Joint Action Plan that started to be implemented in the municipality? Please detail:: 

Considering the current situation in the estates situated in Parcul Tineretului nr. 135 and 140 and after having analysed the situation and discussed withe the tenants in the two residential buildings, the Local Action Group ’Roma – Active Partner’ in Botoșani we have concluded as it is very important to continue follows within the the Action Plan for Roma for 2016 is envisaged collaboration with Community Action Group as a partner for the implementation of actions that are considering achievement of of improvements for Roma Park Youth.

10. What are the training needs of the CAG? : 

Personal development and knowledge in developing knowledge of organizational development.

11. How does the CAG envisage to continue working after the end of ROMACT in the municipality?: 

Formation of a civic and professional skills development in area.
