RO- Guide on social housing awarding criteria for local authorities

The guide on social housing allocation criteria was designed as result of the continous needs assessment in the ROMACT municipalities. This guide comes in support of the local authorities in Romania  to better understand the social housing allocation methodology and to promote the prevention of discriminatory policies in access to housing.

The guide is envisaged to combine legal and social approaches and will exemplify potential restrictive criteria as well as criteria that are accessible and already used by some municipalities.
