Our latest ROMACT infographics are now live on our website!

We are pleased to announce the publication of the latest ROMACT infographics on our official website. The updated data therein provides a comprehensive overview of the ongoing initiatives and collaborative progress achieved under the ROMACT methodology in Bulgaria and Romania.
These infographics provide a brief presentation of the statistical outcomes resulting from our activities. They illustrate the quantifiable impact and advancements achieved through the application of the ROMACT methodology.

Call for proposals - Grant for organizations to support democratic participation and Roma inclusion at local level in Bulgaria - Deadline 24 October 2022

This call for proposals is launched in the framework of the Council of Europe Strategic Action Plan for Roma inclusion (Supporting democratic participation and promoting public trust and accountability). 
It aims to co-fund national projects aimed at assisting with the implementation of the ROMACT methodology in two (2) target countries, with the ultimate aim of building up political will and understanding of Roma inclusion at local level.

ROMACT process is reinforced in 12 municipalities

ROMACT Programme is giving the opportunity to former ROMACT municipalities to receive support to reinforce ROMACT process and ensure more sustainability and efficiency.

New initiative to help Roma people in Bulgaria and Romania

new agreement between the Council of Europe and the European Union will help marginalised Roma communities in Bulgaria and Romania to access education, housing and employment, and promote Roma inclusion. To date, the ROMACT programme has mobilised over €140 million to fund more than 120 different projects in the two countries. Nearly 7,000 local officials have also taken part in training and coaching sessions as part of the joint programme.
